Sunday Morning News Coffee Klatch and Confessional

Welcome to Day 137th of 2015...We have exactly 228 days left to delete all our emails and we will be in fine standing with the Former Sec of State who holds the record so far at 30,000
Well here it is Sunday May 17th, with the news for your Sunday Morning Coffee Klatch Confessional--and in the news Pope Francis, the Pope of Politics is doing more to become an updated Political force..he brokered the deal with US and Cuba relations, and is now thinking of running for Pope of the Vatican...he'll be on the Holy Soap Party Platform, and will Use Holy Water to Wash Away Our Sins.Meanwhile another Pope is going to be named...she has moved on from Oprah to Poprah
Let's look at some history stuff for today..The first Kentucky Derby was run with the winner Aristides ridden by jockey Oliver Lewis on this day in 1875--Wall Street got its beginnings under a tree with a group of brokers meeting on this day in 1792-in 1912 Eugene V Debs was the Socialist party candidate for President (of course he didn't win). And in 1954 the US landmark Supreme Court Case Brown Vs Board of Education  of Topeka which unanimously struck down racial segregation in school..In 1973, a special committee convened by the U.S. Senate began its televised hearings into the Watergate scandal.

I WANT MY WATERGATE TV...UH LADIES AND GENTLEMAN UH I NEED TO REITERATE DEFINITELY I AM NOT A COOK, ER I MEAN CROOK...I'VE KNOWN A FEW AND I'VE BEEN IN BED WITH A FEW, AND THAT'S A DIFFERENT HORSE OF ANOTHER STORY. UH IT IS MY REGRET TO ANNOUNCE THAT I AM GOING TO QUIT AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF BEING A WHIPPING BOY FOR BAD NEWS..OH SURE, I MADE MISTAKES, I ERASED 18 MINUTES OF EVIDENCE, I MEAN, ER A TAPE , ACCIDENTALLY. THAT WAS BECAUSE UH ROSEMARY FORGOT TO PUT IT ON REWIND AND SOMEHOW I HIT RECORD BUTTON, BUT THAT IS WATER GATE UNDER THE BRIDGE.

And on this date in 2004 Massachusetts became the first state to legalize same sex marriages..Meanwhile straight couples are running to the courthouse in droves to renounce gay marriages and tie the knot themselves in protests..Image result for rainbow tie the knot gifsHappy Birthday to actor Bill Paxton turning 60 today, Sugar Ray Leonard is 59 and Sports Announcer Jim Nantz turns  56. Also blowing out candles...Talk show host/actor Craig Ferguson is 53.

Ireland could be the first country by popular vote to allow same sex marriages. The deeply conservative Catholic country only decriminalized homosexuality in 1993 after pressure from the European community. Yeah Give Ireland back to the Irish and see how the Leprechauns feel in the morning..
Jeb Bush spotted in a recent  photo op while trying to recover from his mistaken Weapons of Mass Iraq Invasion debacle..plus his slip up for saying he was running for President, when he doesn't have a clue
HEY WHAT AM I? hee haw...a DemoCrass...get it?????

Fridays are Drone Flyover day at the White House. It's an opportunity to give the CIA and Secret Service extra security training in Alien Flyovers in a No Drone Zone...unfortunately they have not come up with effective training measures to combat Alien Invasion day created by DHS and Illegal immigrant crossoversThat wraps up this Sunday news look at reality's headlines, ripped and shredded in bits and pieces and pasted together from the memories of Sr Headlines Consultant Brian Williams who is still claiming credibility for all his news stories
Until tomorrow may your house be safe from Lions, Tigers, Bears and Illegal Aliens without Visas
